
About the Role
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training curricula covering AI fundamentals, robotic systems, automation, and machine learning applications
- Conduct hands-on workshops and lab sessions using robotic platforms (e.g., ROS-based robots, collaborative arms, autonomous mobile robots)
- Train students or corporate clients on programming autonomous systems using Python, C++, or proprietary robotics software
- Develop instructional materials including lesson plans, lab guides, assessments, and video tutorials
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill development
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, computer vision, sensor integration, and robotic process automation (RPA)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during training sessions
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and product teams to continuously improve course content
- Support learners in project-based learning and capstone robotics projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on experience with robotic systems or automation platforms
Proficiency in at least one robotics framework (ROS/ROS2, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, MATLAB/Simulink)
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts including computer vision, object detection, and neural networks
Prior teaching, coaching, or training experience is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
